Regarding Zendesk Spoke

Hi ,


I have followed the provided documentation and completed all the required steps for integrating Zendesk with ServiceNow. However, I am facing an issue specifically with the Zendesk webhook configuration, particularly around the endpoint setup. Could someone please help clarify or guide me on resolving this webhook issue?

Hello,

Technical user on Zendesk side either need the right to create webhooks (I heard, it's "admin" right only).

Or

you can give Zendesk team all the details of the webhook and they will manually create it : Endpoint (you can find it in the scripted rest api *zendesk / name (webhook registry)  / Token (webhook registry)  / event (webhook registry)

They will give you the Webhook ID to be filled ServiceNow side (webhook registry).
