We have all the information about the mobile devices, IMEI, serial number, etc. Would it be possible to configure the devices for the users so that they do not have to register with the QR when using the app for the first time?
I did ask this of our ServiceNow reps and the answer is no, the QR code scanning downloads a couple of secrets to the mobile device and this can't be emulated in a bulk upload process.
