Rejct workflow only when all the approvals are rejected

Hi everyone,

I have a catalog item featuring five checkboxes, each corresponding to sending approvals to different users. I've set up approval activities for all five checkboxes to send the necessary approvals.

However, the current setup cancels the entire request if there is just one rejection, which isn't ideal. We want the request to be rejected only when all approvals are rejected. Is there any way to achieve this scenario? Please advise.

In your approval step, try setting the "When anyone rejects" field to "Wait for other responses before deciding" 

From the docs:

• Wait for other responses before deciding: Wait until we get other responses before making an approval or rejection decision. This allows users to change their mind until a decision is made.

Note: Note that if Wait for is set to Anyone to approve then a single approval will cause the activity to complete with a result of approved even if one or more users reject.
