Related Articles not Showing on Catalog Item or Record Producer Portal Requests

Good afternoon,

We are working on better presenting our KB articles in our portal offerings. We added the RELATED LIST tab for the catalog item and record producers for the service portal-

We are having trouble getting this chosen article to appear on the form however. We are trying to configure a variable-macro to show this, but have had no luck so far.

Tips appreciated! I am suspecting I am not choosing the correct macro and/or widget, but I am not having luck in the documentation finding this.

The macro was an older way of doing things that I have seen in many out of the box HR record producers.  NY or Orlando added a new widget...

There is a Related Articles widget you can add to your form - its out of the box already on the sc_cat_item page.  You can read more about this widget and how to configure it here:
