Related List doesn't show records when state changed for the KB Article.

Hello Everyone,

When we go to related list of any Published KB article, we have record in "Assigned Topics" related list.

But, when we check out that KB article, it doesn't show any record in Assigned topic related list.

Can anyone suggest, how to fix this.

I don't understand what it is you want to fix. Can you please clarify?

so you are saying when KB is checkedout the related list record is gone or deleted or hidden?

If yes then did you check any script is doing that?

If you see the image, when the Article is Published, it shows 1 record.

But, when article is checked out, it shows 0. I want, if user checkouts the article (article goes in Draft state) then too, it should show 1 record in this "Assigned topics".

I have checked, UI Policies, Client scripts, list controls, related lists, and did not find anything.

is it the same KB sysId?

There is no OOTB "Assigned Topics" related list on KB form
