Hi Folks 

While we trying to open the related risk assessment record from the risk page on workspace its not opening.

Share some suggestions and debugging steps to resolve this issue.

Hello @Srinivasan_S,

A good starting point is this KB which walks through known causes and fixes: “Risk Assessment not loading in Risk workspace”.

•  Check if the record opens fine in the platform UI but not in workspace. If yes, it’s usually related to the workspace form configuration or component mapping.
• Review whether the Risk Assessment form/view is enabled and properly associated with the Risk workspace.
• Also confirm if any UI policies / client scripts on that table are breaking in workspace context.
