Related lists not showing on the form even when it is present in the selected slushbucket of related list form layout configuration

Hello,

Few related lists are not showing on the form even when they are present in the selected slushbucket of the related list form layout configuration. Has anyone else faced this issue? how can this be resolved ? and why does this issue happen?

Can you check if there are any scripts written to hide related lists?

Hello Moulik,

There was a system property glide.sc.use_user_criteria  associated with it, when i made it false, the related list was visible.
