Related Lists Not Showing Up on Load

Hi, I need to show the related lists when a form loads but am unable to do so. 

 

Ex, this is how my current Task page looks:

However, it is only once I save the page, the related lists show:

I have added this in the User Preference as per the suggestion on this link (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0695391), yet still no luck.

How should I proceed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Rae Khan,

 

The related lists will not appear on the new form/ new record. Once you save/submit a form, it will show the related lists.
