In the Incident form, related lists such as Task SLAs, Affected CIs, Impacted Services/CIs, and Child Incidents are expected to appear side by side. However, in my instance, these related lists are appearing vertically, one below the other. All the lists are in read-only mode and contain no records currently, but the layout itself is not displaying as expected. I have checked the form layout and related list configuration, but the issue still persists.
I am currently learning ServiceNow and trying to understand the correct way these related lists should be configured and displayed. I am attaching screenshots for reference to show how they are currently displayed.
Could someone please help identify what configuration, form layout setting, UI policy, or CSS/UI change might be causing this behavior and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @AbW,
Please make sure that in your User Preferences you have enabled the "Organize form section and related list into tabs in classic form" option.
