Working as below:

1. Planning: Decide what changes are needed and when they should happen.
2. Scheduling: Set dates for when each part of the update will be done.
3. Testing: Check the updates to make sure they work well and don't cause problems.
4. Deployment: Roll out the updates to users in a careful way.
5. Monitoring and Support: Keep an eye on the updates and fix any issues that come up.

This process helps keep everything running smoothly and makes sure updates are done without causing disruptions.
