Remediation Task Numbering is not Unique

Hi Community,

I have an issue that while creating record in Remediation Task table, records are creating with duplicate number. Can you provide the solution for this? PFA the screenshot for the same issue.

Can you check the dictionary of 'number' column?

Default should be like this -

getNextObjNumberPadded();

Yes, the default setting is same as you have mentioned, still having issue.
