Remote file import

We had a remote file import setup to link to a mid server to pick up a csv file with our HR data.   This worked fine in Eureka but since upgrading to Geneva its stopped and I cannot work out why.

Can someone please advise if they have had similar issues.

We need to conttect to a mid server to get the csv file and then run a transform.

You rae talking to aan administrator and not full blown experienced developer.   The server seems to be up and running, where do I find the ECC queue

Look in the menu under ECC> Queue. See if there are any records that are not processed in the output queue.

This is challenging to debug via the community. I recommend reaching out to customer support. They have remote capabilities to your instance (upon request) that can provide better insight to what's going on. Sorry.
