Remote Instance Authentication issue after clonedowm and upgrade to vancuover

Hello All,

We recently clone down to prod into lower environmnet and upgraded to  Vancuover Version.

I am trying to move my update sets to test environmnet. When i hit retrive completed update sets in remote instance.

It giving error "Authentication to remote instance failed".

Is this issue because of clone down process or upgraded to vancover?

How to resolve this issue?

You may have to update the password for the the account you are using to pull the data. In the update source.

Hi @Kanna12,

It's most likely because you cloned the user records to the lower environment and the credential has changed.

If you are using a service account (hopefully) for retrieving the update sets, you should exclude it from the clone so that this won't happen again in the future.
