Remote instance not connecting

Hi, im trying to connect my dev and test instances, and I get the following error:

unable to connect to remote instance org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: session contains no certificate - Untrusted. Confirm URL is correct and confirm IP Address Access Control on remote instance allows access to this IP. 

Anyone knows what to do with this? I checked the IP Address Access Control and tried to create a new one that allows the specific IP, and also the URL is correct.
