Hi, I need to change how one specific catalog item is acting. Currently if the user is internal, it gets auto-approved, I believe only a select few internal users can see the item, that being admins and a few groups. I need all individuals except one to have to go through the approval process in place, this doesn't involve the person's supervisor but instead 3 groups of approvers unique to the catalog item. All of that is set up but some people are currently able to circumvent the process and that needs to be prevented. Thanks.
