remove choice list

i am getting this backend value 10 in choice list of status, can someone how can i remove it

In that case I would search through the Business Rules for that table.  There be an Insert/update Business Rule setting the state automatically.

I checked your problem in my PDI and it works for me, please refer below steps 

Right click on state field and click show choice list

Select correct table there and you got all the choice list here

In my case it's incident 

And now try to change the value like I highlighted here

I make the value as 12 here

Than I came back on my Incident form and reload the value of state value it got changed

ithanx t worked now i want that whenever form loads by default on sate field that particulat choice field should come.
