Remove or change Max-height value on article text/text fields?

When I'm trying to write a KB article or something else that uses the tinyMCE textbox, the max height is set to about 400px which is WAY too small to work with. How can I change that so users can drag it as far as they want (or at least 1000px)? 

I don't have full access to our SNOW system, but I have access to client scripts so I can use those if necessary.

Easiest option is to ask your system admin to add a dictionary attribute to increase the default size of the field. You can see below that the default height onLoad is 300, that can be increased as needed for your business needs
