Remove 'resolution notes' from service status widget

Hello all,

 

I would like to remove 'resolution notes' from the service status widget, the widget i want to edit show up if a service is experiencing an outage, and you click on the legend icon for the outage (for the specific day). I am having trouble finding the widget that contains it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you share a bit more information so we can help you a bit better?

 

Looking at my PDI, I'm not seeing any fields like that anywhere. Is it possible that this is a customization within your instance, or do you know if this is an out of the box (OOB) functionality?

 

It may be an embedded widget that you've got to either modify directly, or you may be able to just edit the widget instance options.
