Remove the Activity from Portal

Hello all,
I had a requirement where I have to remove the Activity tab as in the attached picture, remove the filed where (highlighted part) is there. I only found by inspecting the element that its coming from widget Ticket Conversations that too in HTML part. Now, i could remove it but extra condition from this is that we have to show this field in 1 single catalog item and rest of the items or cases, it should be hidden. I am confused as to how could I put conditions in HTML part or if anyone has did this, please reply.
Note: this is esc portal.

Hello @Kalyani Jangam1 and @Ravi Chandra_K ,
I want to remove only where the user can input any comments from the portal. I highlighted with black marker in the screenshot attached to original post. I only want to remove that field from entire portal except 1 catalog item.

you can do it from Standard Ticket configuration module for specific case table.
Search for Standard Ticket configuration module.
from tab configurations, you can add the condition you want.
