Remove view list from Additional actions

Hi Team,

I need to remove the list of views expect self-service for the logged in user who doesn't have HR related roles.

How we can achieve this.

I don't think it's feasible.

Why not use view rules so that users with correct role see the correct views?

no other way to handle this.

1 workaround is to switch the view when form loads but not sure if it will work in workspace
