Removing links to other records

I am trying to identify how I can remove some links from a list view but leave others. I found this wiki article, http://wiki.service-now.com/index.php?title=Personalizing_Lists. This article only describes how to change the "Link Roles". If I do that all the links change.

Preferably I would like to keep the link to the item in question but remove links to the assigned to.

Has anyone else found this to be an issue and/or found a solution?

(edited to add clarity subject for people searching)

In the Wiki Article mentioned there is a small section called "Advanced Control". If you don't see the script fields just add them to the form. I know this doesn't solve your question but hopefully you can use it to figure out your question. I don't know if you can specify which fields have links or not. I am guessing it is for the whole record but at least you can base it on something other than the role alone.

I think I have the same question than you: any news?

You right, if you activated "omit links", there is no link anymore, and user has to click on the left icon to jump into the record.

Not so bad, but it is true that if it could keep the number link to jump into the record, it will be more customer friendly.

And even better, to be able to block the link for a specific column...

Thanks to remember me this wiki page

Anyone figure this out? I have the same requirement.

From the 'Requested Items' related list, I would like to block the links to the 'sc_cat_item'. For security, today our ITIL users can access the SC Items I have created through this list.
