Rename the Change State

Good Day!

I want to rename the change State Authorize to Validate

I tired with the change state model tutorial but it doesn't work. Is there anything specific steps do I need to follow. Please suggest.

Hi,

As the state choices which are being displayed are 'labels' only.If some scripts are using those labels, you might face issues after renaming those. So I would personally suggest to create new states with new lable and unique value.

To do this, right click on state field, click on personalize choice, then add new choices, and remove unwanted choices which you don't want to be displayed on form.

do you want to change it from task or for only change module ?

if you want these changes only for change module then you need to do dictionary override then need to change in flow designer and also particular script include.
