Hi @MSbharati
If you want to change the label of a field (the name that is displayed on the form) for the Standard Change Template, you can modify the label directly in the Dictionary.
BUT
It should Impact on the other Change Types like Normal and emergency.
The suggestion is to add new custom field OR use Dictionary Override on the change field which is only used by Standard Change Template with the help your manager or architect guidance.

Hi @MSbharati
I would suggest not making changes, as it could impact change management. It's better to educate users on this. However, if you still need to proceed, consider using a dictionary override.

I will suggest to create a new field by modifying that template rather than updating existing one
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

As per your image this is standard template used for change records. Now the field which is used over template is created in table named change request, if your business requirement is to just change column label fine you can do it but doing so you are inviting any other unknown issue which might showup after certain time if ServiceNow comes up with any upgrade over that field or anything where its used. Also, doing this label change will affect globally so all folks who are using this change module will start seeing this label as xyz as per your ask.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
