Replace Helpful-Yes or Helpful-No with Thumbs up or Thumbs down

Hi Everyone

I was given a requirement to change the OOTB "Yes"/"No" buttons in the question "Helpful?" in KB articles for more appealing Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down buttons.

I have found a thread to do this but its getting applicable in ITIL view only. I want this requirement to get applicable in Employee Center Portal too along with ITIL view.

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this for ESC Portal as well?
