Replace the approver with a different employee

Hi Team,

One of our COO has 10 reports and he appointed a person to approve all the request,change, problems etc. He doesnt want to delegate his access to that person and simply wanted to replace his name with the other person.

So looking for a BR to replace the approver.

In short words whenever a request/change/KB/problem sent an approval to Mr. A  it should simply replace with approver B in the system.

I believe you can set the delegate option only for the approvals as shown below. Can you please check once for this option:
