Replicate custom workflow activity as an action in Flow Designer

Hello,

 

Is it possible to replicate this workflow activity in Flow Designer?

 

The activity is to add user(s) to AD group(s). Details below:

 

Execution Command:

The workflow activity works fine in existing workflows on our instance. But more and more of our items are using Flows and this activity would be perfect for a lot of them if it could be used in Flow Designer as an action.
