replicating OOB Notification with a different task number

I created 2 additional fields on the change task and they are to receive the same emails as the assigned to field. i replicated the template for change_task_itil_role and used all the same conditions. However  i needed to create a event that triggered a business rule (from the change request field was dot walked to change task) for users that were added to the task after it was assigned. this task is set up as the template for the notifications that s OOB. when the email is produced it is showing different task numbers is there anyway i can correct this to show the same number ?
