Reply from Email should be updated in the worknotes of Story

Hi all,

I've a requirement where reply from an email to Servicenow should get autopopulated in the worknotes of Story record like we do in Incident Records.

There will be inbound action for incident which you can take as reference or please check the below support article which can help you with the script

I've tried this but didn't work. Can you please tell me a different method or script?
