Rather new to this. I Looking to understand if there is a way to report out on individuals that belong to an Assignment Group but not use the assignment group or the individual names as the key descriptors.
Use case = Attempting to build dashboard which presents volume of cases Opened and Cases Closed by individuals that belong to certain "Assignment Groups". Members of these assignment groups change regularly and these cases are transferred to various Assignment Groups within the Company. If I use individual names for the report, I will be constantly changing these as turnover occurs. If I use "Assignment Group" it will exclude information. Thoughts and thanks for your help!
