Hi All,
I'm struggling to create a report based on Request and Requested Items in SNOW and would you be able to help me with this please?
In my case I have two Requested Items under one Request, and I need to create a report to show number of requests where one Requested Item is in Completed status and the other Requested Item is in Order Fulfillment stage. May I know is it possible?
Thanks

If I understood your requirement correctly, you have a REQ under which 2 RITMs are mapped and both the RITMs are being generated from two different catalog items. Now, you want to create a report which will capture all the requests with first catalog item RITM in Completed Stage and second catalog item RITM in fulfilment stage.

Hi @Amit Verma,
Thanks for the above. However, when I use the suggested filters, it shows me all the requests where one RITM is in Completed stage or Fulfillment stage. Simply, it does not check both item's status at once for the report.
Thanks

Can you try with an AND condition instead of OR ?
