Report date setup wrong

Hello, when i try to get a report that shows active users for the past month, i cant get it to be as i want.

The report when i do anything with dates always ends up like this: 

any tips to get a better format on it?

If you have migrated to Platform Analytics, go to Platform Analytics -> Library -> Data Visualizations and create a new data visualization component.

Under data source add 'Active Users' under Indicators section

This is a single score indicator and you can drill down to see the KPI and change time aggregation as per your requirements,
