Report for all the tasks for the inactive users

Hello,

I want to send out a report to the manager of the users who leave the company. i.e become inactive in servicenow. The report should contain all the pending tasks assigned to the users to be sent to the manager.

Any help would be appreciated.

Great, once that you configure your report you can create a schedule report to send automatically daily or weekly

Create a report or data visualization on sc_task table with filter condition assigned_to.active='false'.

This will give list of tasks assigned to inactive users. You can group by user and share it with your team by scheduling the report.

send an email to the inactive users' manager along with link to ritms assigned to this inactive user
