Report for Incident

Can you please help me with this requirement:

Shows incident tickets with a submit date greater than 7 days lists the queue, incident number, assignee, open days, status and total count of tickets per agent.

Hi @Pradeepa Boopat ,

 

You can get most of the requirement through a normal list view report in report designer.
