Report for Missing Attributes

How do I generate a report to show missing data from attributes.  If I have 30 rows with 10 different attributes each; what is the process to build a report and dashboard to either identify those 3 from each row missing or provide a count.  Say that the Assigned To, Business Owner and Department are missing values, I need a dashboard to identify those missing attributes in order to fix and or provide metrics.

If i understood correctly, you are looking for these record which is empty

This is example of Incident table, you can use same way on other table as well.

So in order to do this, I would have to do that for each and every attribute that is required as a condition.

just create a report based on the correct table with the condition :

assigned to is empty or

business owner is empty or

department is empty
