Report for Problem

Can you please help me with this requirement:

If the problem ticket is currently in a non-closed status, provide the ticket number, assignee, status, priority, customer name, Business Unit, Description, submit date, incident age and age type.

Hi @Pradeepa Boopat ,

You can get most of the requirement through a normal list view report in report designer.
