I am new to the SNOW, i came across one article for the report on extended tables.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/task/t_AccessFieldE...
Currently i am using 4 modules of the SNOW
1) Incident
2) Change
3) Problem
4) Request
For all this 4 modules i need to know how much time is remaining for every ticket and if there is any breach of the tickets it should provide on the report.
I would also like to know how to get the table & which table contains what fields, as i have seen SLA is unknown in my SNOW.
Any help greatly appreciated.
