report is fetching 0 data

Hi, 

i have a report created on table "sc_req_item", now even 10 variables column is also listed in the report.

Report is displaying the data properly but when we download the report it has 0 data in the excel or any other format.

this is bcoz of 3 variables, if i remove this variable from the report then the report is getting downloaded properly.

But users wants this 3 variables as well. & i am not able to give any solution 

please help

Hi @learnerJohns 

What type of report is it? Try to create a new variable and add in an item, and then see if that is causing the issue? Tough to say what the exact reason for this is. Repair report plugin, try cache.do

this is a normal list view report, its simply shows RITM and variable values..

Issue is with all the 1K user, no one can download it. 
Very strange...

Try to repair the plugin once for both the report and catalogue and then try, if still an issue, to log a Now Support case.
