We are looking to show the details of the resolved incidents how much time spent each state in last week for particular channel type incidents' anyone aware how to create this kind of report to drill down the details?
Thanks,

Hi @Learner10 ,
When you want to sum the time spend in each state by week by channel, then I would recommend to create an incident metric to capture state duration and afterwards create the reporting through performance analytics to do the sum by channel by week.

Hi @Learner10 ,
Sure, no problem. What you need to create something usable is:
1. The incident_metric defintion to capture duration
2. An indicator source
3. An automated indicator (unit can be set to seconds, minutes or hours according to your preferences).
There should be created one automated indicator pr. channel and pr state, as you will like to separate channels from each other
4. A scheduled job to collect data
5. A widget to visualize the data - this is really depended on your choice, so I haven't created a moc up.
