Change Request -flow designers state

Hi I have instance tokyo
I want to cancel the work flow 'change request-normal' and  instead put  flow designers in all different state 

but  he do not take the flow designer 
someone know why ?

I want cancel workflow and put instend flow designer  for all state in change

you will have to carefully understand how the workflow is configured and what's the process, based on that you can create flow and then deactivate the workflow once you are sure the flow has replicated everything present in workflow.

You mean you want to use Flow designer instead of Workflow? For this you need to upgrade and use Flow but flow will work for new changes not for existing changes.
