Report on category and stack by catalog item name

Thereza Van der

Afternoon everyone 🙂

I want to report on catalog items by category but then stack them by all items in that specific category. Is it possible?

I attach a few screenshots to better explain.

Thereza

Hi @Thereza Van der

I tried this, in graph it is not possible what you looking like

Category -- Name

But in list view report , we do group by name and category.

You can sort as well if required.

No, @Thereza Van der

This is your column name on which you are putting the group by.

Hi @Thereza Van der

Yes this report can be build up, so what i understood from the images

- There is catalog item - Technical Servcies

- and under that you have different variables like DB2

In image 4, try to add the stack by Category also.

Or I am missing some thing wrong on requirments.

Thanks AJ

It is a little bit different. The Catalog is Technical catalog. Under the catalog I have various categories which are displayed in the graph. What I want to do is stack the different services within each category.

So I am already grouping my report by category, I need to know if there is a way to stack by name of service under each category. If you look at the 'Reporting6' screenshot 'DB2' is a category under the Technical Catalog. Everything below (in the 'Name' column) should be stacked on the report under DB2.

AJ just one more question please. If you look at my Reporting7 screenshot that I just attached, is it possible to take out the word 'Display name' (I suppose it is the column name) in front?
