Report on Database view table not showing data

Hi, 

I’m encountering an issue with a report that does not displays SLA-related fields (like SLA Definition Name and Business Elapsed Time).

The report is built on a joined table (sn_hr_core_case and task_sla) that combines records and their associated SLA details.

When the report is run as an admin, everything displays correctly — including all SLA-related fields.

However, when I impersonate a non-admin user (e.g., HR agent), the SLA fields appear blank

Hi @Jyoti Tripathi 

Please log a ServiceNow support case as well. One possible reason for the issue could be that the ServiceNow internal query is hitting an ACL range limit of approximately 70,000, which might be causing the problem.
