report on ritm table including variables

I want to create a report of BAR or TREND type showing 'Number of tickets per month per Request category suspended'

I am creating this on the ritm table, using filter for domain & company as my domain and company AND state is 'on hold/pending/suspended' - these are choices for states on ritm table and am using a few other filters.

this report runs perfect but i want to display variables in the same report without creating new report-drill down which means i want a bar/trend report and a list of ritm fields + certain variables from my catalog, is it possible to get a bar and list details in 1 report without using report-drilldown feature.

Hi Dhiraj,

You can report on the Variable Ownership table (sc_item_option_mtom). Using the drilldown feature, i think you should be able to build the report.

Hi Dhiraj,

Probably an ACL needs to be modified for viewing variables. For "item_option_new" modify the read condition so as Users apart from Admin can view Variables on report.

Then report that you have on RITM would have variables as an option in filter then you can choose the variables as desired & display it on report.
