Hi,
Is there a way to create a report on the sys_history_line table? I do not see this option in the list of tables.
We have a custom table that has auditing turned on, and we'd like to have a report that shows who updated what fields on the records.
Thanks,
Maria

Here's a little trick Maria...
Go to the table and right click on one of the columns and select "Bar chart" or "Pie chart".
That starts the report engine. From there you can customize and configure the report as you need.

Hello Robert,
Which table are you trying this on? I don't see "Reference" field in the sys_history_line table.
Thanks,
Pradeep Sharma

Offhand, I'm probably just going to create a custom field and populate it with a time stamp when the change is made, then report from that...but I can think if a lot of reasons to report or trigger from the sys_history_line table. It'd be nice not to have to create custom fields when all this data is sitting right there...
I have the same issue with sys_audit.
Regards,
Robert

Thanks for the update and screenshots. You should directly navigate to the table and then try those options. Hit the below link by replacing it with your instance name.

Hi Pradeep,
I'm not sure how we keep miscommunicating...I am on the sys_history_line table. Those screenshots were taken directly from the table...

Robert
