Report on who assigned tasks displaying the Assigned By and Assigned To

We have a requirement to report when a task is assigned and who conducted the assigning.

I've created an "Assigned By" field which populates when they populate/save the Assigned To.

I need to create a graph report which shows who the Assigned By is and who they Assigned the task too.

Any suggestions?

Answered my own question by creating a database view.
