Report related issue

The user is not able to see view/run option under report with roles - report_user or report_admin. What should i do regarding it.

If this issue is still persisting can you please check the below

 

 

  • Verify ACLs (Access Control Lists):
    Search for ACLs related to report or sys_report and confirm that these roles have read and execute permissions.
    If ACLs are restricted to admin, the user won’t see “View / Run”.

  • Check report sharing settings:
    Open the specific report record and ensure it’s shared with the user, their group, or “Everyone.”
    If it’s private to another user, it won’t be visible.
