Report Sharing

Hi All,

 

User "A" is part of group "Hardware". 

Now, "Active Incident report" is shared with "software" and "Hardware" groups and another is only shared with software group.

 

However, I have already shared the "Incident Dashboard" with user "A" with view permission.

 

So, why the "Active Incident Report" is not visible to the user?

can you share the pic of report you shared with "A", also check if you have created report for any table , check the roles for the table , might help you resolve this.!!

Reports and Dashboards can appear to be missing if you have set preferences in your list view to only show favorites that you may have marked or if you are not in the same domain in which the reports/dashboard were created in.
