Hi, I'm trying to generate a report that will capture 'duration an incident spent in a queue regardless of which queue they were resolved in.'
For e.g. Group A was first assigned to an incident, then it was assigned to Group B, then assigned to Group C, and again it was re-assigned to group A. So, for Group A I need the total duration that was spent on an Incident.
I tried creating this report on metric_instance table, but it creates different record every time the group changes, hence getting the total duration for particular group is challenging. Is there any other approach to achieve this?
Additionally, Is it possible to view the same report for different timeframes such as daily, weekly, monthly etc.
