Report Widget 0 Value

I need assistance with having a report widget such as donut that will show 0 values for the group by assignment group. Or I need assistance with setting a static color scheme so that each group color will stay across each widget so it has a consistent visual reference so if the group is blue it will be blue on all widgets but if the value is zero then it defaults to the color scheme top down. I know I can create a color as a per table basis but that will be a nightmare for large scale demands.

I am aware of this process and was hoping for an alternative because this requires an entry for each table and each group. This is less of a big deal if it's priority and state but for something like Groups is a bit of a nightmare to manage so hoping to avoid it which I could if I can get a zero value on the report.
