Report with Approval and Variables for Requested Items.

I want to create a Report with Approval and Variables together for Requested Items. 

Approvals details should be some fields from sysapproval_approver table. Requested Item details sc_req_item and the Variables details including the Question and Value provided by User.

You can't report on this directly. It will need a database view to connect all required tables together.
