Reporting: Show a Pie chart report based on short description

Hi, 

 

Can we create a report of type pie chart on description field which should show the count of how many tickets are created with description empty and not empty. 

 

I have tried creating a report of type pie chart but I'm not able show the two requirements (description empty and not empty) in one report, can someone tell me how we can achieve this.

Right click on Short description column on list view--> choose pie chart-->it will create a report totally based on short description.
